DIABETES EMPOWERMENT EDUCATION PROGRAM (DEEP)

(90 min) This six-week workshop is designed to help people with pre-diabetes and diabetes, and their relatives and caregivers gain a better understanding of diabetes self-care. Sponsored by the local Area Agency on Aging.

Workshop runs every Thursday at 10:30 am, January 15 through February 19, 2026.

**Space is limited, so please see a staff person prior to the start of the program to pick up a ticket which will be your registration. Tickets will only be available on the first day of the workshop and are good for all sessions. Registration closes after first session.

The presenter will allow people who did not attend the first session of the workshop to attend the second session. But registration will close after the second session.
