Five hundred years have passed since Leonardo da Vinci graced this planet with his genius. How could one man have such an impact on not only the art world, but on all of western civilization? It is not enough to be a genius as a painter, sculptor, architect, musician, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, cartographer, botanist, geologist, and writer. We can all still learn life lessons from Leonardo by looking into his notebooks and studying his art, including two of the most recognized paintings in the world, The Last Supper and the Mona Lisa.
