DESCRIPTION:\n-\n\n- In this interactive workshop led by exhibiting artist 
 Ahchipaptune\, participants will learn how to transform personal stories i
 nto abstract visual forms. Attendees will explore how elements such as for
 m\, line\, plane\, point\, interaction\, and hierarchy guide visual unders
 tanding and patternmaking. The workshop also emphasizes oral tradition—t
 he act of sharing stories in a contemporary voice—to help artists connec
 t directly with their audience. Through guided prompts\, participants will
  practice accessible ways of talking about art and discover tools to expre
 ss their ideas authentically. All attendees are encouraged to build confid
 ence in telling their own story while deepening their understanding of abs
 traction and its expressive potential.\n\nSpace is limited\, so please see
  a staff person at the Info desk 30 minutes prior to the start of the prog
 ram to pick up a ticket which will be your registration. We will be beginn
 ing the program in the Gallery for a quick tour\, then adjourning to the L
 oft for our craft activity.
